Excited to announce that we've just wrapped up adjusting the chest rewards in CAThletic Games 😎 - the 78th games you're registering for now already have this final adjustments in place. As you remember, this is all about aligning the projected probabilities 🧮 of chests with their actual distribution during each Games.
This adjustment is inspired by Community feedback 💬 and traces back to questions and concerns about the prize pool for CGs (which remained 7M for several games in a row). This happened because previously we were adding up extra tokens 💰 to the actual CG pools to keep them 7M each (gross, 7M - 10% to burn - 10% to Rewards = 5.6M distributed). The goal was to keep things easier for you and facilitate easier spend/earn calculations of yours.
For example, for 74th CGS:
The actual pool totalled at 6,857,568 💵 → with our contribution it became 7,000,000 as announced (extra 142,431 from our end)
This way we've added 1,028,736 WLKN to the pools for the previous 10 CGs. Refer to this table for details.
👉 Since this caused certain confusion and misunderstanding, we've heard your voices and are moving away from that practice and suggest the following: starting 78th Games the prize pools will formed as is, without extra contributions from our end. Consequently, the chest rewards will be dynamic, adapting in accordance with the prize pool for each specific Games.
ℹ️ You'll find the relevant rewards right in the app when registering for every Games. For more transparancy and to avoid misinterpretations, the Prize pool for each Games will be announced in the following way:
